CIP on 29-1-2014, Wednesday, 2-3pm

Dear pupils,

We will be having a CIP activity this Wednesday, 29-1-2014 from 2.00-3.00pm. Training will resume after CIP. We will be helping to pack and sort food items to be given to the needy. Please meet Mrs Shaw and Mrs Chong at the canteen at 1.55pm.

Things to bring for training

1. Water bottle (1 litre at least)
2. Sun block (To be applied before training and where required)
3. Tennis racket
4. 1 Tennis ball for own practice before training conmence
5.  Cap/Visor

Transport arrangement:

• Bus will be chartered to go to the tennis courts for training if 4 or more pupils require transport to the tennis courts on Tuesday and Friday. 
• Taxi will be used to transport the teacher-in-charge and pupils to the tennis courts if 3 or less pupils require transport to the tennis courts on Tuesday and Friday.
• Pre-Training

Please accompany your child until the teacher-in-charge arrives for the training. 

Training (Wet weather)

Training will continue indoors at the various venues stated above if the weather does not permit outdoor activity. 

Post-Training

Please make arrangements to fetch your child from the tennis courts after training. Thank you.
